16 day return policy:

ace&jig will refund any u.s. purchase sent back within 16 days of the order ship date. all items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of your return authorization email.

a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. returns will be processed within one week of receipt in our warehouse.

if you prefer to return via another shipping carrier, reach out to us at info@aceandjig.com to initiate your return and receive our return address.

returning items shipped via RePack: please use the reusable RePack mailer to return your items to ace&jig. Close it tightly with the velcro. Seal the package with tape, affix your UPS return label to the front, and drop your package off at your nearest UPS location. **note: do NOT use the USPS return label flap on the RePack to send back a return to ace&jig.**

final sale items: all items marked final sale are not eligible for returns. purchases made with a discount of 25% off or more are also final sale, no returns allowed.

exchanges: we are only able to accommodate size exchanges that are equal in value at this time, based on product availability.

holiday return policy: we've extended our return policy from 16 days to 30 days for any order eligible for a return placed between November 30th and December 31st.

unauthorized returns: ace&jig has the right to reject any unauthorized returns that arrive outside our 16 day return window.

please note: ace&jig is not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. shipping costs will be refunded if the received item is defective. we reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
