Projecthrive
Projecthrive is a women's empowerment initiative in New Dehli that employs at-risk women and trains them in sewing, cutting, quality control, and packing. Through brand partnerships and special projects, Project Thrive provides women with stable jobs, fair wages, benefits and healthcare, and flexible hours. Their goal is to empower these women to have a say in their own lives, both at work and at home.
FABSCRAP
FABSCRAP is a 501(c)3 charitable organization working to divert textile waste from landfills.
FABSCRAP works to save textile waste from landfills. instead, these small scraps are shredded to create insulation, carpet padding, furniture lining, moving blankets, etc. whenever possible FABSCRAP will utilize fiber-to-fiber technologies.
15% pledge
15% pledge is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization calling on multi-brand retailers and corporations to dedicate 15% of their total purchasing power to supporting Black-owned businesses. we are taking the 15 Percent Pledge to create and support economic empowerment for Black-owned businesses, artists and communities. read about our progress here.

Responsible Packaging Movement
we signed onto praNa’s Responsible Packaging Movement, and their mission towards removing plastic packaging and virgin-forest-fiber packaging, and to join other brands in paving the path forward for the fashion and ecommerce industries. learn more about this commitment on our packaging page.
Nest
Nest is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) building a new handworker economy to increase global workforce inclusivity, improve women’s wellbeing beyond factories, and preserve important cultural traditions around the world.
the Nest Seal is a symbol of assurance letting consumers know that the items they shop have been ethically handcrafted in a home or small workshop.
RePack
RePack is a reusable and returnable delivery packaging designed with reuse in mind. Their reusable packaging is made from recycled material and designed for at least 40 use cycles.
Every returned RePack reduces trash and removes the need to manufacture a new single-use mailer or a cardboard box. It's a super simple solution to reduce trash and CO2 emissions. Visit our RePack page to learn more.
