international return policy
if you wish to return any items from your international order, please click below and enter your order number and email
16 day return policy
ace&jig will refund any eligible international purchase sent back within 16 days of the order ship date. all items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
a flat rate of $20 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. returns will be processed within one week of receipt in our warehouse.
final sale items
all items marked final sale are not eligible for returns. purchases made with a discount of 25% off or more are also final sale, no returns allowed.
exchanges
we are not able to accommodate size exchanges for international orders at this time.
holiday return policy
we've extended our return policy from 16 days to 30 days for any order eligible for a return placed between November 30th and December 31st.
unauthorized returns
ace&jig has the right to reject any unauthorized returns that arrive outside our 16 day return window.
