Refund policy
USA Returns
16 day return policy
ace&jig will refund any U.S. purchase sent back within 16 days of the order ship date. all items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of your return authorization email.
a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. returns will be processed within one week of receipt in our warehouse.
if you prefer to return via another shipping carrier, reach out to us at info@aceandjig.com to initiate your return and receive our return address.
7 day return processing
Your return will be processed within 7 days of receipt by our warehouse.
final sale items
all items marked final sale are not eligible for returns. purchases made with a discount of 30% off or more are also final sale, no returns allowed.
holiday return policy
we've extended our return policy from 16 days to 30 days for any order eligible for a return placed between November 30th and December 31st.
unauthorized returns
ace&jig has the right to reject any unauthorized returns that arrive outside our 16 day return window.
please note: ace&jig is not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. shipping costs will be refunded if the received item is defective. we reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
International Returns

exchanges
we are not able to accommodate size exchanges for international orders at this time.
