if you are not satisfied with your purchase, ace&jig will refund any u.s. purchase sent back (postmarked) within 14 days of the order delivery date. all items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with original tags attached. email info@aceandjig.com if you have any questions about your return.

u.s. customer returns:

in your package you will find a return form and prepaid label. to send your item back:

- fill out the brief form and enclose it in your package.

- attach the prepaid label to your package.

- drop it off at any ups dropbox, ups store, or give it to a ups carrier. 

- a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. 

- we are not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. shipping costs will be refunded if the received item is defective. we have the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.

- it generally takes 2-5 business days for a return to ship back to our warehouse. returns will be processed within one week of receipt in our warehouse.
